Jim Jr. Moran is the son of congressman Jim Moran. His friend posted a youtube clip of him literally going insane playing a tournament on Pokerstars. The clip made it to ABC News and Jim Jr. is now a national idiot and youtube celebrity.

“You got a watch? Cuz thats what time it is!”

Johnnybax signed up as a pro at Ultimate Bet a couple of days ago. Now, UB is confirming the suspected cheating going on. Here is a statement from their press release:

“The investigation has concluded that certain player accounts did in fact have an unfair advantage, and that these accounts targeted the highest limit games on the site. The individuals responsible were found to have worked for the previous ownership of UltimateBet prior to the sale of the business to Tokwiro in October 2006.”

This came as a shock to a lot of poker players. The very respected online tournament player who won a bracelet the first time he ever played 7-stud, signed a deal with the pokersite UltimateBet.com. UB has been under a lot of pressure recently due to severe allegations of cheating. Johnnybax aka Cliff Josephy joins other Ultimate household names such as Phil Hellmuth and Annie Duke

Dutch Boyd is a true original. You have probably seen the sick vid of him asking Mike Matusow if he’s ever seen a man drink his own piss. The kid who attended college at 12 (!), finished 12th at the WSOP 2003 and was the founder of the young group of poker players named The Crew. He also founded two internet casinos, PokerSpot and a rake-free poker site. Both failed tremendiously and players lost huge numbers of dollars.

Enough about that. We got a juicy Dutch story. Dutch Boyd was at a bar with a friend earlier this month. Unfortunately, somebody snatched his well-known doo-rag when he was about to leave in a car. Dutch and his friend, who couldnt tolerate someone messing with his headwear, stepped out of the car. Dutch’s friend took a massive beatdown and Boyd tried to split but ended up crashing their car into an SUV.

The respected old timer Thor Hansen is a friend of Eric Drache, the man behind High Stakes and Poker After Dark. Thor Hansen tells the Norwegian site that High Stakes Poker will return as a part of Poker After Dark on NBC. Gabe Kaplan will still act as a commentator. The blinds will be $200-$400.

What will happen to AJ Benza?

This is crazy. Kang Hyuk Choi is suspected of killing three people inside a New Jersey home. He was arrested at the Commerce Casino in LA playing 200-400 limit.

A twoplustwo user posted a screenshot of the Cake Poker website promoting their Gold Card Series. The webpage was up for a few minutes and then removed.
