Everest Poker is a new multilingual poker room that has done a great job of establishing a solid player base. It has a great opportunity to grow, and could eventually compete with more of the top poker sites. The software comes in sixteen major languages. Everest Poker has official satellite rights, and therefore will offer one of the biggest selections of satellites to the WSOP for the next few years.

Software
Everest Poker’s software was established independently by a company called Grand Virtual. The software is simple and very easy to use. They offer a great feature for new poker players called the ‘training room’ where first time poker players can get used to the software and learn the game before making larger wagers. The table layout is very efficient; it is very basic and easy to operate. You have the choice to customize your very own table, adding personal backgrounds as well. This option is better then most available. The lobby was redesigned and now offers its player a much more manageable playing experience. So far the only games available are Texas Hold’em and Omaha, but they may offer Seven-Card Stud in the near future.

Tournaments
Everest Poker offers some very good tournaments. They are not the biggest poker room around, so you can definitely find some bigger tournaments around the net, but this is not a bad place to play. If you like sit and goes, they offer a lot of those as well. The only problem is that there is some very tough competition in the higher buy-in levels. Other than that, you are sure to find anything you are looking for in the tournament department. They also offer some good scheduled multi-table tournaments as well.

Game Variety
The only games Everest offers are Texas Hold’em and Omaha. Most of Everest Pokers traffic is committed to playing Texas Hold’em only.
